Part 4: Abstract
The abstract minimum word count should be 200 and must not exceed 300 words for the total of your abstract title, background, methods, result, and conclusion.
Upload your figures that might include your research tables, charts and images (Note: this does not mean your poster presentation in a designed format)
Part 5: Disclosure
- Upon final evaluation and revision by the scientific committee, all authors who have submitted abstracts will be provided with a final decision with an acceptance or rejection email one week after the deadline of abstracts submission. Invited Authors will receive a free registration excluding travel and accommodation reimbursement. For Poster Presentations, if an abstract is accepted the Co-Author(s) can represent the Main Author as the Invited Author whereas this becomes a condition applicable if more than one abstract submitted by the same group of Authors are accepted as Poster Presentations henceforth only ONE Co-Author can represent the group for all accepted Posters by the latter. All acceptance letters will require the Invited Author to confirm participation, failure to do so within one week from receiving the acceptance email will automatically disqualify the Invited Author.
